Staff is helpful and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Horspool performed my root canal without any pain. He will be my go to for any endodonic care I may need.
Up until now I hadn't had a root canal so I was a little nervous going in since I needed two done at the same time. Dr. Be was absolutely amazing! She was very professional but also compassionate. Dr. Be and her assistant saw to my needs and went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to get an appointment quickly and have been thoroughly impressed with how well everything went. I would highly recommend Dr. Be!

Dr. Horspool did the initial evaluation of my situation which was complex due to a swelling, a mercury amalgam filling, and a crown all on the same tooth. He was careful to explain various treatment options. His assistant Deena (sp?) did a thorough job prepping me for the examination and doing the initial testing. As is common to this practice I felt thoroughly and professionally cared for the whole time.

I've had several root canals done by this practice, the last 2 by Dr. Thompson. He and his team are thorough, professional, courteous, and careful to explain what's going on. In addition, Dr. Thompson seems to enjoy his work, sometimes singing while he works! If a root canal could ever be considered fun, my experience with Dr. Thompson comes the closest. Precautious, his assistant this last time, even went and got me a snack when I mentioned I hadn't eaten all day.
Dr. Horspool was very friendly and professional. Kept me informed as to what he was doing and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Be and her assistant Jackie listened carefully to me and explained fully the procedures necessary and described the possible outcomes. At all times, I was treated with respect and more like a guest in need of assistance rather than a condition to be treated. If you've received a referral to this office, don't hesitate to make the appointment.
