Dr. Scott Johnson, is a professional who knows his job completely. He took care of my tooth with care and superb workmanship and he explained what he was doing every step of the way.. His support staff were excellent as well I have had no problems and I am healing up.
My experience with Dr. Johnson was outstanding. I'm 63 and have had only one cavity in my life - when I was 25. So, finding out I needed three root canals was a bit unsettling. Not only was Dr. Johnson outstanding, but so was my experience with the office staff. They also play good music in the background!
What a great experience with Dr. Thompson. I had a fairly complicated root canal that he completed very successfully. His attention to detail and keeping me informed throughout the procedure were excellent. I will definitely recommend him and his office to all my family and friends.
I saw Dr Ross at ErinDale office. He is amazing. Best root canal experience EVER!!! The staff was awesome. I would totally recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal.
Dr. Thompson and his assistant are very pleasant and professional and although all the specialists are probably in this category, I am glad that they were the team that performed the root canal I had to have done. They tried to make me as comfortable as they could and answered all of my questions. I better understand the procedure now and I believe I got the best care I could get. I certainly would recommend them. Thank you.
Dr. Berkhoff is a competent professional, with a good sense of humor and possessed with a zest for life. Her concern for and treatment of her patients is evident in all she did for me and my crazy bad molar. Her staff also reflects her values. I was treated with respect and dignity by all in the Pubelo clinic. I recommend Dr. Berkhoff and staff without reservation and with well earned praise.
Dr. Bee is nothing short of amazing--professional, personable, very skilled. She explained the 3-D x-rays and discussed my treatment plan. Though it was a complicated procedure, she was expert and reassuring. I trusted her totally from the instant she introduced herself. Linda at chair side was kind and also explained what was happening, was sympathetic and excellent at assisting the Doctor. These two are my go-to team for any future appointments.
I was really impressed with the staff (Ann and Shannon) and Dr. Ross. To be able to get in on short notice, with the quality of care given, was an unexpected surprise. Dr. Ross went above and beyond by ordering an additional 3 dimensional x-ray to ensure there wasn't another canal that could cause more issues in the future. Being my first root canal I did not know what to expect (after all the horror stories you hear). I was very pleased with the care given and would highly recommend.
I very much liked Dr. Ross's style. He explained things in a very practical down to earth way that I could easily understand. I am extremely sensitive and have a high level of fear when it comes to dentist, endodontics or orthodontists. He was sensitive and kind and explained what he was doing the whole time.
