Absolutely would recommend Dr. Polson, I spent a while looking for a dentist when I moved to Colorado and he is perfect for us, knowledgeable, very friendly, very accommodating and always explains things to you. The whole office staff are fantastic, it’s just a great place to go.
First time I really enjoyed myself at the dentist. The music selection was all current songs I regularly listen to. They used a jet of water in place of scraper tools. And they were never pushy about extra procedures for my teeth.
Hands down the best dentist I have ever had. Very responsive and cares! When there is a problem Dr. Polson is always more than willing to help fix it. I moved but am still driving an hour just to continue care with Dr. Polson. My husband had anxiety about going to dentists until I talked him into going here. He won’t see anyone else.
His office staff is very helpful and efficient. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr Polson. Best dentist I have experienced here in Castle Rock since moving to Colorado 4.5 years ago.
Excellent care and service every time! Never have to wait. Staff is professional, friendly and kind. Dr. Preston always goes above and beyond. Earlier this year, I had a dental emergency while I was traveling for business and he was immediately responsive and able to make time to see me as soon as I got back to town. Absolutely incredible!
The customer service and care of the employees at this office is so incredible! I've never experienced such great service! Thank you for everything!
